The apartment was spacious, clean and done to a high standard. Great location, easy walking distance to princess street. I would stay again!

Being at John’s place was a good experience. The apartment is really clean and in a great localization. I mean, for those who like to walk, it is in a walk distance from downton (15 minutes). John was willing to help me when I had some problems to finding the studio’s keys. he was kind, writing me to know how things were going on with me. THE PLACE IS GREAT!!!!!

The flat was exactly like we expected, 10 min walking to the town center. The flat is well equipped with everything you could need. We didn’t meet John but he gave us indications for check in and check out.

The listing is accurate, and is good value for money. John is responsive and helpful, letting us leave our bags in the room until 2pm so we didn’t have to carry them around.

Arriving at the flat and getting inside was straight forward. The double bed was very comfy. Cosy flat at a decent price, close the centre.

The flat was excellent and well presented. The bed was comfortable although the sofa bed was reportedly less comfy! Room clean and great location for easy access to Edinburgh centre.

John was quick to respond and the apartment is clean tidy modern and only 15 minutes walk into town. I think it’s good value for money.

John was incredibly responsive to emails, the flat was exactly as it looked in the photos. In terms of ease of getting around, value for money, quality of flat and John’s ongoing support during my stay, I could not fault it.
